About

About us.

Our mission is to Transform Facility Services with intuitive, data-driven  software that delivers lasting value

Born from Field Service

ORCA Service Technologies limited, is a software business located in Maidenhead, United Kingdom. ORCA began as the in-house development team for MCFT, a commercial kitchen maintenance company operating across Europe, Middle-East, and Asia.

From 1996 to 2019, the team built custom IT systems for MCFT. In 2020, the team launched Phoenix, a modern, all-in-one software platform designed to replace legacy systems and streamline business operations. By 2021, Phoenix was deployed in select MCFT regions, prompting ORCA’s spin-off from MCFT to focus on external sales.

Today, ORCA supports over 1,200 daily active users in 9 countries.

Hear from our customers.

Whilst the workflow is great, the thing which sets this apart is the insights into our business - tools to help us identify areas for improvement and specifically the customer experience, very, very powerful.

From the minute you log a call out via the IRIS on-line portal you are kept updated with engineer ETA’s (which are very often same day and if not then they are generally next day), any quotes that are required for parts are emailed within 24 hours and engineers job sheets follow within minutes of work being completed.

The IRIS portal is really easy to log repair works for any site on our campus. It can be broken down via site, then areas within and supervisors can be given specific access for only their spaces which makes it so much simpler for a large area like ours. It's also a useful tool to see what stage we're on for all jobs whilst keeping track on spend for each asset.
